I am going to be honest.
Yesterday I didn't feel half as motivated as today.
Today was different. Today I got inspired.
An extraordinary woman came to my school today to talk to my class about resilient women...Oprah Winfrey and Lady Gaga were only 2 examples...
Oprah Winfrey was a victim of sexual assault at the age of 9, she was told she wasn't fit for T.V , but guess what? Now Winfrey is one of the most inspiring,women in our society.She is known for her OWN (hear that! After being she isn't 'fit' for T.v) show.
She is also an actress, philanthropist, publisher and producer.
We have to believe in our selves, it's not enough that others believe in you...you have to believe in yourself.
It wont be easy to follow our dreams...there will be turns and traps and rough bridges we will learn to cross during our life time.
A survey was made with old people coming to the end of their lives.
They were asked: What do you regret in your life?
They answered that they don't regret the things they did, they regret the things they didn't do, the opportunities they've missed out on, the things they didn't do and the places they haven't been to...
You have a blessing...A Life.

Here, on this blog post I will share with you a few thing to do on a sleepover with your friends...
My friends are girls so I will talk on the female behalf and since my cousin is the most person I have sleepovers with and actually enjoy...
I'll tell you about what we do...YAAY!
EQUIPTMENT FOR A SUPERB SLEEPOVER!!!
The most vital thing in a sleepover! Screw the diet...order pizza, snacks (e.g crisps, chocolate, sweets, drinks and other junk!), popcorn (for the movies), epic drinks (you know those drinks you'd order at a fancy restaurant?)... The food is important, no food, no carbs, no carbs, no energy,no energy...We DIE!!
Normally, we sleep downstairs, we have the t.v, the kitchen and enough room to dance around like complete wierdos...haha!
Obviously you need a good movie on...Choose a good movie, one that you love and have watched millions of times or one that you wanna try out. Me, my (2) sisters and my cousin normally go for horror ,SCREAM and end up waking my uncle who has work early in the morning and needs to rest- sos uncle! One that really made us scream was The Conjouring, we are going to have another sleepover soon and are going to watch part2- eek cant wait...
Remember- even if your not planning to sit and watch a movie all the way through the sleepover you might want some light in the room, keep the volume low...
Its 3:00 on the morning your trying to dance to the cheesiest songs...You need some freedom in your clothing choice!
I normally go for SUPER huge hoodies and knee high socks or leggings and tees...Basically find your perfect pajamas! I go for the hoodie because I just know 'someone' will pull off your duvet ..hehe (happens EVERYTIME- why ME?)

Hello pretty people!
We all feel a bit under the weather at times...That's completely normal!
But obviously we want to feel better!
So...here are a few ways to make you feel more happy and positive.
SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE, HAPPY PEOPLE:
The last thing you want when your upset is to be with more upset people.
It makes you more upset!
Surround yourself with family, friends and jolly people.
To me it's probably my friends: Sara Amjad and Najah Qazi.
They turn any serious conversation into a joke!
I forgot to thank them... For the past year and a half they have completely changed me into a more positive human.
And talking about thanking people...
Go and thank the people who are special in your life.
Those people are hard to find.
Sometimes a little bit of fresh air can help you...
Grab a friend (don't ACTUALLY grab them though) and go for a walk and maybe stop by Starbucks?
Don't trap yourself in the house and expect the sadness to fade away...
There's not much to say about this one really...
You have so many people in your life that care for you and love you...
Family, friends, teachers, neighbours and so many more!
Everyone around you loves you and cares for you...well most of them (ignore the haters, you'll find them everywhere)...
Now it's time for you to love your self...Be happy!
Life can be tough but that just means we have to be strong...

Do people say that for drinking or something?
I don't mean that...
I mean water!
Sometimes I feel like gulping down pints of clear water makes it sooooo boring...And since I am so dehydrated it makes it a chore to drink a HUGE glass of water before bed.
Im going to show you how to make water a little more glamed up!
We all know we should be drinking 2 liters of water a day...that used to make me feel so bad... until now *proud smirk?
Okay, No1 :Add ice, lemon and lime slices, a stash of fresh mint leaves, a dalop of lemon squash and a cute straw. BAM!
No2: Berries (of choice :strawberries, blueberries –you get the point!) ice ( lots of ice!) and a colorful straw. TAA-DAA!
No3: Here’s one for Christmas- dried oranges, ice, festive straw oh and a cute pint glass. VOILA!
No4: Strawberry, basil and cute straw...trust me humans! Strawberry gives the sweetness and basil gives the uplifting, healthy spice. Maybe for mornings? LA-LA!
No4: Cucumber and mints..again refreshing! (OKAY I'M GONNA STOP THE EXPRESSIONS AT THE END OF EACH SENTENCE!)
Possibilities are ENDLESS!!!
